10. No warranty

HERMES INTERNATIONAL cannot warrant and represent that the Store locator site is free from any virus, data overwriting programs, Trojan horses or any other destructive material. The Store locator site may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects, and HERMES INTERNATIONAL does not warrant the correction of these defects.
